The mansion itself is huge, even looking at it from the relative safety of the Avant Vall itself. The mansion itself sits far off from the road, blockaded off by a very intricate black cast iron gate. It seems clinically smooth. The gate itself has tucked sign; reading 'The Wiltholm Estate' in soft black cursive lettering; practically a web of black iron twisted to create it. Just beyond the locked gate appears to be a stand of groomed red-leafed maple trees that stay that color year around. A brook runs between that and the entire estate in a lemniscate shape, lined with rounded black and white stones. The landscaping has been done in a sensible fashion, mocking true nature with it's excellently carved rock stands, lovely rolling hillocks encased in black walnut paddocks in some areas, and a nearly pastoral feeling of nature. It's too perfect.
Two small barns are erected on the right side of the property, both identical and made up of a mixture of the black walnut wood used in the rest of the estate and black cast iron fittings. The barns are a mixture of high-tech and quasi-pastoral that makes one feel somewhat uneasy, perhaps. On the left side of the property runs two buildings not adjoined to the mansion itself any more than the barns are. Both are done up in the black walnut and black cast iron fittings, though one of them appears to have traditional waxed paper sliding doors and a small garden with a natural hot springs running through it. The other is similar, but with black walnut doors, and a goodly amount of fenced in 'runs'. One of the barns appears to have a small garage attached to it, it matches perfectly.
There are small but perfectly arched black walnut bridges with intricate hand-rails made up of the black cast iron that lead to each of the areas from the main mansion, crossing the perfect ribbon of the brook. All around the property, the red maple trees are placed purposefully in idealistic areas, it would seem. The main walkway throughout the property winds around a few hillocks as opposed to going over them and is made up of purple-brown brick, laid all the way to the grand entrance to the mansion itself.
The mansion is made up of the same purple-brown brick, with beautiful vines growing up against the right side of the house itself. On both sides are a one-way glass, which cannot be seen inside of the house through from the outside; instead they reflect the idyllic landscape to any outside viewer. The front porch is grand and made up of a striped marble that nearly looks like a banded agate, color-wise. Columns have been erected of the same material, but there are only four of them; they stand resolute and blank but round. The windows are huge and spotless; and all have their curtains shut from the inside artfully; beautiful wine colored affairs seen through the black walnut and black cast iron detailing.
The front doors are thick, huge, black walnut and black cast iron affairs; with knockers that appear to be wreaths of wilted maple leaves made up out of the metal. There is a pair of cast iron benches on either side of the doors, under the windows. The roof of the house is shingled in wine colored shingles, ornately done. The roof itself is quite normal, save for a large (one-sided mirror) glass dome affixed at the top of the house. It is the only circular shape in and otherwise rectangular home; save for the half-moon that the steps produce that must be climbed in order to get onto the ornate porch.
What a grand property for it's rumored single human inhabitant...

The CAD of course spent time outside, working with Morgan on combat techniques.
