I thought it would be fun to talk about aesthetic~~, or otherwise said, what visuals you and your characters like in their clothes/pets/etc.

Me personally: outer space, gems, steel blue, sometimes bright yellows. Also low key <3 reds. No pink!* Xen: Blues primarily. Neutral tones (desaturated browns, blacks, grey, and white) but also splashes of brightness -- absolutely no green!
I have this duality with pink. I think pink is cute and don't mind it, but I don't like pink for anything I physically own. Xen tends to be more simplistic in his tastes, but he also has to deal with the leftovers of my younger self.. -looking at nazura-

Fiera is all about bright colors, and elegant or out there appearances. High fashion and neon is where its at. ......Which is unfortunate because it means I can't really imagine her going for "natural looking", "tough/practical", or "gross" creatures. Which is a shame because I also love morbid aesthetics! So that's definitely a goal for future characters of mine is to get a secondary character that can take in those types of pets. XD

Ashe and I are pretty equal on this. Dark colors, especially black or purple or red, silver or bronze. Haunting, creepy, slightly off or weird. Tend to avoid brighter colors like yellow, orange, pink, gold.

I personally wear monochrome colors, with an occasional navy or maroon. My room has light grey-blue walls with white trim, emerald sheets and a few plants, dark bronze metals, and dark bronzey wood. (One of the walls is wood, too.) Mirrors are also a personal favorite to brighten and expand a room, as well as strong windows.
Riku is pretty much me in hxr, so he’s the same. Adam, however, isn't afraid to use a huge splash of controlled color. He wears a lot of red, more of a deep fiery theme. So I guess you could say Adam is Summer and Riku is Winter.
Allison likes deep pinks with darker colors like black. She’s known as “The Black Amethyst” where she comes from because of her black and red pirate ship and her iconic dark red hair. So she wears black with splashes of deeper pink. White is usually an accessory color or undergarment.
As for pets, Riku and I really like white or silver creatures with black markings as a base. Gold flourishes are very welcome to denote power and Nobility, as well as flashes of different colors as well to portray versatility and mystery or potential. Adam likes black and red-ish creatures, but like a mixture between Riku and Allison. Adam likes to like things that people tell him he shouldn’t, so his main man being a giant pink fluffy kitty is totally his style - to prove the gender stereotypes aren’t always true. Uriel (his main) is a badass. Allison does the same thing with liking masculine themes (with painted feminism) to prove that girls can be tough, too. (A big theme for both of them.)
In short: Riku = monochrome potential // Adam = tough ‘girly’ stuff // Allison = ‘girly’ tough stuff

As for me, it's less 'what colors do I like' and more 'what colors do I like together'. I've always been really picky about palettes and such, and sometimes I discover new things that look pleasant to my eyes. c:
IE: I like black, white, and bright crimson together. I do not like crimson and blue together most of the time. I also dislike bright clashy colors together most of the time, and 'dull' or 'dusty' reds are ugly to me. I like orange in sunsets, as a small accent (eye color perhaps), and part of quasi-natural palettes ('red' dogs, calico or koi patterns). But I actually dislike orange in general as a color. (Same with Yellow on both counts). I also have difficulty seeing the 'cool' color spectrum (if I can see it at all?), but I still like cool colors as accents, or as part of a galaxy/starry theme!
-
It's actually really easy for me to find things that I like. It is also easy for me to find colors/shades together that bother me every so slightly enough for me to be put off by it.
To make it easier- Can't go wrong with monochrome for me (as long as it's not grey).
I like natural-esque themes. Calico, Tortoishell, Koi, and even 'fanciful' designs using natural-y colors are my thing. I really love dark browns, your Walnuts, Umbers, Coppery browns, or browns with with a little bit of purple mixed in.
I like starry themes, of any kind, but especially love constellation themes.
I am big on black and red, my favorite red (and favorite color at all) is #a6031e. But the red shouldn't be the majority of the design, the black should take precedence.
I actually like pink as an accent, but not as a full design most of the time.
I also like hell/skeletal themes (though not full skeletal most of the time).
RED PANDAS
-
Renathan doesn't have much of a theme. I kinda stick stuff I like on there until I'm ready to either train it there, or use it on the Morgan account (I've got two creatures that I plan on moving to the Morgan account soon, actually).
Morgan's theme is cryptids now, it used to be dragons. Honestly, can't really go wrong with Dragons with me, either.

Ooop, forgot to mention, as for 'stuff', I usually buy 'red' stuff for Renathan, since it's easy to get sets of red items. I like all of my items to have similar color schemes, because if they don't it throws me off and bothers me for some reason.
For Morgan, I usually pick up 'black' stuff, same reason. Though I sometimes pick Morgan up greens/blues if there isn't black available, and I wish there were more brown color palettes in general onsite.

For Ridelys, I like cooler, natural colors, like blues and greens, and browns. I don't have too many bright glaring colors, but accents of red, orange adn yellow/gold are a nice sight to see. Ridelys was based off myself, partially.
Personally, my room has dark wood furniture, a deep mahogany, with pale walls and a whiteish carpet. I've got red-orange chinese paper cutouts framed on my wall, though time and light have bleached the deepest reds. I like wearing bright florals and blue jeans but 5/7 days a week I'm wearing black and khaki for work which lasts all day. No skirts, and I'm not a fan of anything that is above my knees. Pants and t-shirt makes me a happy one.
Flare hasn't had an aesthetic because of spending over a year as a ssashirk and having someone else mostly control his life before that. Don't stand out, wear this or that, he didn't really make a choice. Now that he's gone through his change, I can see him wearing paler colors, like light brown, cream and white, accenting with bright warm colors. Like his vest is a resewn poncho that's sunset gradient colored. His pants I invision from Aladdin, the poofy ones. For his belongings, most of what I've picked was blue because of lack of color choice, but I'll head more towards the red-orange spectrum. Something deserty. His pet choices seem to fall in the natural looks; of browns and greens, and occasional darker accents. x.20
