This was an awful idea. But a brilliant one as well, should it go according to plan. He had thought this through as well as he could and figured it was worth a shot to try. And his companions of choice for this venture in the pit? A tiny dragon and a former jelly bean. What was usually going to be his choice of fearsome flaming wiurn or gigantic fluffy serpent was too.. Blatant, he supposed. No, everyone else would bring this biggest and most well-trained beasts to take on such a venture. But he would do things a bit more simply. Or stupidly.

The Golossle clicked unhappily as he looked around. He didn't know what was going on, but, squinting, he thought he saw something needing taken out of his garden.

Both of his creatures were fairly untrained as far as combatants went, but Xentus held confidence in them. He steadied his resolve - there was hardly any turning back. Their opponent was released - a giant, angry looking bug. Well, as angry as a bug could look. The elemental golem, affectionately named 'F3', clacked its head-shell in uncertainty.. Meanwhile the faeron seemed to try to make itself as small as possible to try to evade the golossle's sights, but it seemed futile. The bug was out for blood. "Fire!", he called out from the stands. A single command with enough meaning for the two creatures to take action. F3 opened its pores to release a stream of fire, while Sequinn seemed to explode in a bright burst of light.

Well, that wasn't good. Sequinn getting caught in the flames of the golem was not part of the plan. While the faeron sustained no ill injury from the golossle's attack, the crossfire was far too much for the tiny dragon to bear. And unfortunately for the golem, with the faeron no longer up for the fight, all of its aggression was turned to it instead. A sound crack filled the air as it struck the hard carapace of the golem, splintering it open and leaving it's inner seed exposed and vulnerable. "Call off the fight!", Xentus called out, voice wavering in dispair.

A dart came seemingly out of nowhere and Squishy went down before he could hit the golem again. He would rest for awhile and be back up again in no time.
