Well, the fight against the pliathor went swimmingly. Aside from the initial spook it gave his team with its scream, the serpent went down without any injury to his team, thankfully. The team of dragons were allowed some time to recover from the exhaustion of the fight before the leopard decided to have them take on their next challenge. He figured it was a good a time as any to take on the thundergug again, with a bit of help this time - calling upon the famous Miss Jack for aid. Having a chance to see a someone else at work against a grand adversary was something he'd figured would help garner him some insight on how to better train his companions. With dragons in tow, the leopard arrived to take up a fight against the pit's Stomper.

Jack stretched out a bit as she walked to the arena with two of her Sarane. Only five animals could fight against a boss, so she was bringing two while Xentus was bringing three of his own. Hey, it worked out for her, she supposed with a small chuckle. Ah well, this would end well, or so she hoped, she supposed. Seeing Xentus in the area, she waved to him and joined him while the father and son duo milled around below, eyeing their allies and hoping this would go well for them. It had to, didn't it, considering they had a little extra help in tow today?

It was a beautiful day, but it was intruded upon by these... outsiders. Stomper snorted and pawed at the ground before lumbering toward them, head down, ready to charge!

"Ah, greetings Miss Jack", the leopard chimed with a grin as his fight partner arrived, "Xentus appreciates your company in this venture - he hopes this fares well for us". Added to his own team of dragons were.. More dragons. Proper ones, he supposed, in contrast to the wyverns and fae-dragon. He hadn't gotten to see a sarane in action up close, so this would be a treat! Hopefully all of the dragons would get along. With so many creatures looking to fight, he had a feeling this would get rather chaotic..
[Act fast, Alé, just as before], the leopard advised his furred wiurn, [Jump in and svel - up close!]. Then he looked to Nazura and Sequinn. The flaming one would certainly be able to hold his own no matter what happened, but the faeron.. Might be more of a liability than anything. Still, he instructed them. "Grab it, Naz!", he called out, "And flash, Quinn!"

"Hey there, hope we don't disappoint!" Jack grinned, offering to shake hands for a moment before focusing back down on the arena. The big Gug wasn't as big as Kro, but that didn't mean he wasn't as much of a challenge. Narrowing her eyes, the woman smiled and let the two Sarane down in the Pit know, "Alright, Alexei, Mikhail, rend!" It was as good as anything at the moment, they weren't the greatest at this, but her idea of having Alexei chip him down with his fire breath wasn't going to work, she realized only after they had gotten there. What a shame.

The Thundergug reared back and spat out a spout of fire toward the littlest thing there, the one that caught his attention first, even though it was so much smaller. This would be good!

In what almost seemed like an instant, the creatures in the pit sprung into action. Five against one almost seemed like it would turn unfair, but the thundergug was a steadfast foe that could likely take them all one should it be given the opportunity. So the plan: give it no breathing room. Or that was the plan in Xentus's mind. [Good job, Alé. Do that again; this will be a long one even with the aid of the sarane.], the leopard told the wintery wiurn, [Take care not to hurt them by mistake!] With the added bodies, making sure the furred wyvern's breath attack didn't end up striking anyone aside from the thundergug was going to be an added priority. Nazura did his best to anchor down his prey, though found himself struggling with the bulk. To make matters worse, the brightness of the faeron stung and dazed the flaming wiurn. Not good. "Snap out of it, Naz!", the leopard called, hoping the wiurn would come to. But the starry lights in its eyes were there to stay..

Rending their opponent was certainly their best move against this guy, she knew with a little frown. She wished she could use Alexei's fire breath, but she had forgotten Wastelands were immune to fire. Oh well, she thought as she flashed a smile at Xentus, this was all going to be fine she knew with a little nod. At least Stomper seemed to be out of commission for a bit, though so was one of the mammalian's Wiurn. Giving a frown, she shouted to her Sarane, "Alexei, Mikhail, rend again boyos!" They sprang forward as quickly as they could, dodging aside the Thundergug's great claws as they attacked with their own.

With Nazura dazed, only Alerios was able to contribute much to the fight.. The poor little faeron he'd thrown into the mix really didn't have much to offer in terms of attacks. Well, as long as little Quinn stayed out of the way, this would be fine, right? It was surely a good thing he'd asked for help with this one!
The wintery wiurn hit his mark again, rushing the thundergug with another combination of body and breath. It was a tiring maneuver, though, and he was certainly reaching his limit. [One more time, Alé! Come on, push forward and svel!], the leopard urged the white wyvern.
"This one would really be in a pinch without those sarane of yours, heh..", Xentus mentioned to Jack, looking away from the chaos of the pit for a moment "Those dragons fight well!"

Smiling widely as their claws met their mark on the stunned Thundergug, the woman folded her arms over her chest and stood proud. They were holding their own at least, which was good no matter how they looked at it. "Thank you Xentus, your brood fight well too!" she told him with a small bow before shouting at the two Sarane, "Rend again boys, do yourself proud!" They both bobbed their heads and snarls could be heard as they plunged toward the Gug again with their claws outstretched. This was for the best, one, maybe two more hits and the Gug would be down!
