Important Notes From the Artist
- I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
- I will work at my own pace. There is no time table established for the completion of services offered by Sanctuary.
- Newer orders may be completed before older ones, usually under the basis of ease of completion.
Concerning Intellectual Property and Copyright
All goods distributed by Sanctuary are intellectual property of Art of Spirit.
No form of copyrighted works (inspired by or derived from) are allowed to be ordered through goods provided by Sanctuary.
Delivery of Goods
All goods distributed by Sanctuary are digital and will not, under any circumstances, use a physical address. All monetary transactions will be carried through by digital means, and delivery of product will be documented with a receipt upon request only.
Privacy Policy
Sanctuary requires the use of PayPal, which may disclose your name and email address. No personal information will be asked from you. Information regarding orders, such as your HxR username, type of order, and details describing that order, may be made available to view in the archive or Trello queue, unless otherwise requested.
Refund Policy
All monetary transactions conducted for the purchase of services provided by Sanctuary are non-refundable. All sales are final. Any request for the refund of purchased goods will be denied. |

How To Order: Hybrids
- Check for an available slot. Up to 3 slots will be available at a time, as hybridizations are done in batches.
- Slot openings will be announced in this thread and will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.
- Post to claim a slot and wait for confirmation.
- In the case of multiple participants, only 1 person of a hybridization needs to claim a slot for it. - Once your slot claim has been confirmed, Submit a completed form via PM to Xentus.
- Any person participating in the hybridization may do so.
-- You will have 72 hours to submit your form after your slot has been confirmed.
-- Failure to submit your form on time will result in your claim being voided. - Await form overview. If there is an issue with your form, it will be worked out with you (and all other participants) before anything else!
- Payment will be collected via either a PayPal.me link, which will be sent to you, or deducted from your Shop Credit.
- In the case of split payment, all participants of the hybridization will be notified of their total and either sent a link for payment individually or have the amount deducted from their Shop Credit.

-- If paying using a combination of PayPal and Shop Credit, the amount will first be deducted from Shop Credit
- The hybridization order will be placed in the Trello Queue
- If ordered, preview sketches will be sent to all participants for review when ready.
- Upon completion, offspring will be shown to all participants. Picking will be conducted via PM. Stats and biology will be posted in this thread.
How To Order: Hybrid Re-Mix / Custom Hybrid Genetics
- Check if Re-Mixes/Custom Genetics are open. These services bypasses the Slot system.
- Fill out the provided form with all required information
- Send the form to Xentus via PM, title it appropriately (like 'Hybrid Re-Mix Order')
- You may place multiple orders at once.
- You may reuse an previously used order PM to place a new order.
- Your order will be confirmed and placed in the Trello Queue
- Your order cost will be totaled for you

-- If paying using Shop Credit, the amount will be deducted accordingly

Hybrids (otherwise known as crossbreeds, halfbreeds, x-breeds..) are unique creatures borne from parents of two different species. They bear traits resembling either parent, while being a brand new creation of their very own!
Parameters:
- You must own or have permission to use the parents used in a hybridization.
- Two parents of separate species are used in a standard hybridization. One additional parent may be used for an added fee.
- Two offspring will be produced in a standard hybridization. Additional offspring may be produced for an added fee, applied per addition.
- Offspring will be produced at a 'mature' age. Offspring may be produced at a younger age which will grow into a mature stage may be produced for an added fee.
- The 'genetics' of produced hybrids may optionally be made available for customization, should the owner(s) agree.
Restrictions:
Sanctuary has a strict policy concerning the submission of certain creatures for hybridization use. These restrictions may be changed at any time.
- Sentient+ species; (creatures of species which are not sentient+ by default are eligible!)
- Hybrids/crossbreeds of any kind
- Robots
- Pocketpets
- Draconics
Clarifications:
- Different versions of a species count as a different species for the purposes of Hybridizations
- The hybridization designation is NOT the species name of the hybrid species! It is a Sanctuary-specific identifier; you may name hybrids as typical here.

The resulting hybrid will be produced with a baby stage which will automatically grow after about 1 month.
- Baby Stage, GYO - 15$
The resulting hybrid will be produced with a baby stage and a mature stage for manual growth. |

Unsatisfied with your labs-created 'crossbreed' specimen? Sanctuary will take that specimen and rearrange its genetics to form a remade, unique creation!
This service bypasses the slot system - orders may be taken at any time while open.
Parameters:
- Only pre-existing crossbreeds are accepted for this procedure. It must be from The Labs (Spirit).
- This procedure will replace your individual crossbreed's image (and without the need of pesky potions). You will retain its Levels and Loyalty, but lose ALL training.
-- This does not replace the crossbreed species as a whole.
- All owners of that crossbreed species will be allowed to use the Re-Mixed lines to update their crossbreed at base price. (They may still choose to Re-Mix into different lines, however!)
- The Re-Mixed specimen, upon completion, will be announced in this thread.
- The Re-Mixed specimen may have updated stats.

Slot Claims are now open.
Slot #3 will be a Specialty Slot, which will only serve Non-Unique parentage for a discount of 10$.
Non-Unique parentage means anything non-custom! Basic breeds, LE, VSC, shop critters, etc!
To claim a slot, simply make a post stating so. Slots are taken on a first come, first serve basis.

Biology Report Diet:
Primarily herbivorous, feeding on berries, nuts, and bamboo. Due to their overall slow metabolism, keep sweet foods at a minimum to prevent obesity.
Call:
Sounds produced by these creatures range from soft chitters to gentle grunts. A happy specimen will 'purr' by grinding its teeth. When distressed, they will bark loudly (sounding more like less-gentle grunting than a true bark) in attempt to ward away threats.
General Care:
These creatures are fairly low maintenance; needing little more than enough food to eat, a nook to hide in, and plenty of sleep. In order to preserve the softness of their fur, they should be brushed with a fine bristle and allowed to roll in dust. Their fur is slightly water resistant, but these creatures should ideally be in a dry, low-humidity environment. While these creatures fare fine on their own, they do bond well when kept with one other creature (be it a person or animal).
Field Notes:
Small, cute, and extraordinarily soft. These animals make excellent lap-pets, being warm, fuzzy, and quite sleepy. They'll happily curl up and sleep anywhere they fit, though they tend to prefer snug holes, crevices, or arm crooks. When awake, expect these creatures to immediately be on the search for food; they always wake up hungry! With enough food in their system, these animals are surprisingly energetic and curious, getting into places they don't belong and jumping off any precarious-looking perch that they can clamber onto. Fortunately, these creatures clumsy climbers. They inherited only a small flap of stretchy skin behind their forearm and are unable to glide like their Shiku parent. Still, they've a rather strong desire to jump which may lead to the need to supervise them closely.. |
