Noa had no interest in pocketpets. They didn't have much use that he could think of, and it was a hassle to keep them because they were so small. But he did seem to find an awful lot of them, especially on trips to the Mansion, and curiously enough there seemed to be a market of enthusiasts for them, so he kept the ones he found and made a trip to a shop in town once in a while to sell them off. It wasn't his favorite job. Transporting this many small carriers always felt like more trouble than it was worth. But once he was done, at least he would be rid of them for a while. With Rhys perched on his shoulder, he walked into the shop, his raucous cargo in tow. "How much could you give me for these?" he said, motioning to the collection behind him.

Sara leaned over the counter to get a better look at what Noa was offering, her eyes wide with amazement. "Wooow! You've been busy, haven't you!" She said, wiggling a finger at some of the creatures in their carriers. "Uh, lemme count for a second." She said, starting out counting on her fingers and soon just pointing from creature to creature while her mouth moved silently. "That was a lot! I think I can give you 1525 credits for them. Sound good to you?" She said with a big grin.

The shopkeeper seemed awfully cheerful for someone who had just offered to pay him that kind of sum, but he supposed this was better than the sour face that the man who ran Zoological Imports made whenever Noa sold creatures to him. He nodded. "A pleasure doing business with you," he said. He stepped aside and Rhys pushed the cart forward somewhat, to signal that they were relinquishing the collection of pocketpets into the shopkeeper's care. There was a small fuss kicked up by some of the pocketpets as the cart moved, but most of them settled down after it stilled again.
Noa's mind was already on ways he could put the new funds to use. He had heard of some promising rumors about a black market vendor who had come into some new and heavily contraband wares... And there was always the matter of purchasing crystals, if he could find them...

Sara was more than happy to pay that many credits- she got a lot of cute little critters for that money! ...That she could then turn around and sell. She was still a businesswoman, after all. "Of course! You too!" She said as she handed over the credits. She watched the customer leave before taking the pocket pets to the back. There were a lot of cute ones here- she was sure they would sell out in no time.
