Briar was more and more glad to get out of the estate grounds these days. It wasn't that things had been particularly bad lately -- much the opposite, actually. Noa seemed to be in a good mood recently, which was a marked change from his sullen absence prior to that, but Briar didn't think that was a good thing. But he didn't have enough of the pieces to figure out what was going on. He had enough to think about as it was, trying to investigate around Gracehaven without angering its master. Going to the trader's shop was a welcome reprieve, even if he did have to carry fish with him to make the trade this time. Laying the fishbowl on the counter, he signed, -I'm looking for a magic crystal.- He was almost never sent here for anything else, so it was business as usual as far as that went. The Trader slid the bowl closer and placed a crystal on the counter, face hidden by the hood that was always raised. The deal was complete.
