Sarane are back!
Thanks to Fiera Ferella for remaking the files, they look amazing and there's a few surprises in this species now!
A few things have changed to the system, and here are some highlights:
- Sarane have permanent dominance
- Only 1 dominance breeding is allowed per season, unless you're the winner of the tournament, in which case you have 2 breedings that season
- The Gauntlet now has NPC Drakes to fight if you can't find anyone else to fight. In order to gain dominance, you must fight a Drake at least 1 Tier above yours, in the case of T3 Drakes and Hens, you will be fighting a T3. Sarane no longer have to fight in a tournament to become dominant.
- Inbreeding is allowed! As long as they are at least 3 generations removed, they can be bred together
- There will be roughly 2 Drake Tournaments and 1 Hen Tournament per year. Drakes cannot enter Hen tournaments, but Hens can enter Drake tournaments
- Paid breedings are making a comeback! A few conditions apply, and this feature is not ready yet. However, offspring will always be T1, and the Sarane being bred are required to have 15 TP worth of training before being bred.
- Be on the look out for quests and hidden eggs! Each new batch of eggs will be announced, and you can only claim one egg in each batch.
- Eggs are being sold in the Contest Hall and Fighting Pit! They have a 6 month buying cooldown.
Any currently dominant Sarane can be bred for free once in order to make up for their infertility, please have your orders in to Jack before June 1 in order to receive your offspring. There will be an order form up soon.

Quick update to questing. Starting next month (June), each post you make while roleplaying your quest should be numbered! Questing is still intended to be a storytelling adventure, but numbering your posts really helps the mods figure out where they last left off in reading your story. The rule doesn't apply to the current May quest.

All items have been saved, uploaded, and entered into where they are put, this marks the total end to needing new items, please say thank you when you see Darky! I know I've said it.
It was a lot of work, but she did a great job, and I know I'm grateful for the help. |

The Wishing Well will now remain open for a few days into the next month for those who still need to turn in their collectibles. It has rolled over for August as of right now.

The August quest is up!
Starting now, quests have 3 difficulties, Easy, Medium, and Hard. Easy quests need 10 posts, Medium need 20, and Hard need 30, they will no longer be rolled traditionally.
Also starting now, you can redo past quests! Any quest previous to this month will not give you QP, just a reward, and you can't have already completed the quest successfully. You can do as many quests as you would like during the month, but you MUST complete one before moving on to the next. |

 If you happen to visit the Zoological Imports shop, you might notice Mavrik has acquired new, interesting stock.... for a price, of course!! Don't worry, these won't be disappearing any time soon. But they do have a limit! One per character. If you have one already, enjoy your bond with this precious being! |

Houluh breeding has gotten a little edit!
You can now use two of your own characters to do a Houluh breeding as opposed to doing it with a different person altogether.
You can also now, once every 4 calendar months, loan out your Houluh to another person/account in order to breed within your own Kennel! |

Do you have some fossils sitting around that you don't know what to do with? You're in luck! Here is the new system put in place to get them revived! Be careful and follow directions and you can have your own prehistoric friend! Once you've read the instructions, you can post here to get your new animal revived OR evolved! You can now use two berries during your Orbaru breeding! You can use a Baby Berry with either a Male or Female Berry, but not a Male and Female Berry together. |
