Go Bug Someone Else!

Bugs. That's what the notice had been about on the questing board. Bugs in a garden. Abigail wrinkled her nose at the thought but it seemed like a fairly easy thing to do. Get rid of some bugs, get a little reward, and both parties would be happy with the outcome. Or so she hoped... the questing board hadn't really mentioned payment. Just that the garden was home to some fine, prize-winning types of vegetables. "Well Havok." she said softly to the blue drake in her arms "I guess we'll just have to see what the payment is for running off these bugs." she continued towards the garden and stopped when she reached it. Yup. There was certainly a bug problem here. It was quite obvious. The poor plants had chomp marks all over their leaves and some of them were starting to droop. "Ooh..." she let out a whoosh of air and shook her head a little.



"Looks like we have our work cut out for us. What do you say? How should we get rid of them?" she wasn't the best gardener but she knew pesticides weren't the best route. Caterpillers would not likely run away and never return if they tried to scare them off... So this would have to be a careful job of picking and squishing or catching and releasing them elsewhere. Abigail reached down and picked up the first of her victims. Making a little face at its squishy green body. "Uhm..." she gently placed her claws on the bug and wiggled a bit, not sure she really wanted to do this. Then with a breath, she closed her fist quickly, claws puncturing the poor caterpillar in her hand. Guts. Guts everywhere and caterpillar blood, all over her fur and leaking down her hand. "Oh gross." nope, she wasn't going to be squishing anymore bugs in her hands. Especially not ones that were that large and... juicy.
