Stat Guide
Draconics have base stats, moves, and abilities just like other creatures.
They also have some additional information, which is detailed below.

MOVEMENT TYPES
All Draconics have a type of movement they can use to get around, such as walking or flying. Some Draconics have multiple methods of moment, and others have just one.
Crawl - This is the most basic form of movement. One foot (or claw!) in front of the other. All creatures that are capable of moving on land (walking) have the movement type 'Crawl'.
Leap - Leap is another type of ground movement that is much more agile than Crawl. A leap is powerful and graceful. They can bound across the plains or bounce between canyon walls as easily as a human can walk. A deer would be an example of a creature that can 'Leap' (and bound). A turtle crawls... a panther leaps.
Flight - This means that your Draconic can learn to fly. Keep in mind though, that it might be a difficult thing to teach. It's not as innate as crawling. A young Draconic will fall many times before it flies. All draconics that are capable of learning to fly must be taught, otherwise, they'll never get off the ground.
Swim - All Draconics with Swim know how to swim from the moment they hatch. Just like a fish or a crocodile. To swim with grace however, takes a bit of practice. All Draconics without this ability seem to swim with the skill of a rock... that is, sinking right to the bottom. Those without it could probably be taught the basics of how to swim, but they would never be as good as a natural.
Burrow - A Draconic with 'Burrow' can move through dirt and rock at an impressive speed. Anyone can learn to dig, but these Draconics make it an art. They are the great cave makers of the Draconic world.

BREATH Many Draconics have the ability to 'breathe' an element, much like dragons of myth can breathe fire. This breath is an innate ability, tied to the Draconic's anatomy. Sadly, a Draconic who does not have a breath cannot learn the ability, no matter how hard they try. Draconics can learn to use their breath as babies, but it is a difficult skill to master. Most Draconics don't learn to have full control over their breath until they are adults. A list of the kinds of breath and their effects can be found here.

INTELLIGENCE
Since Draconics are so diverse, their intelligence varies greatly. Some Draconics are as smart as humans, some are as dumb as rocks, and others may be smarter than a human can comprehend. To make it easier to understand, Intelligence is broken down into categories from 1 to 10.
1 - These Draconics are simply not the brightest. Though they might not be what some would call “book smart,” they are known to be hardy, adaptable, and loyal. They can only speak and understand one language: Draconic.
2 - These Draconics are a bit more clever, but not by much. They pick up physical skills pretty well. They can only speak one language (Draconic), but they can also learn to (mostly) understand another language that’s frequently spoken to them.
3 - These Draconics are more articulate, but they’re hardly considered smart. They’re known to be trusting and easy to train. They can learn to speak a single language (other than Draconic) with some difficulty.
4 - These Draconics are on the lower end of average. They can be taught quite a bit if the teacher is patient enough. They can learn to speak a single language (other than Draconic) fluently.
5 - These Draconics are right in the middle, average but not exceptional. They can learn just about anything the average person could learn. They can learn to speak five additional languages (other than Draconic) fluently.
6 - These Draconics are more intelligent than average. They pick up new knowledge and skills quickly, and they’re quite magical, too. They can learn as many additional languages as they want.
7 - These Draconics are very smart, and learning things comes naturally to them; though they are quite independent and harder to form bonds with. When they hatch, they can already speak another language (other than Draconic), though they’re going to need some practice to become fluent. They can learn as many additional languages as they want.
8 - These Draconics hatch with ideas and skills already in mind, including speaking Draconic and one other language fluently - the language their parents spoke, perhaps? They’re highly magical and curious about the world. They can learn as many additional languages as they want.
9 - These Draconics seem to know everything, including potent magic. Their mysticism holds no bounds. With their intelligence and magic together it seems like they can do anything. In fact, they can learn up to five languages (other than Draconic) for free! They can learn as many additional languages as they want.
10 - These Draconics exist only in rumors. Their intelligence and magic power is hard to even comprehend.

SIZE Draconics vary in size just as much as they vary in form. Here's a handy chart to see at a glance how big a Draconic is. Sizes 1 and 2 cannot carry a rider. Size 3 can carry a rider, but has only 1/2 dexterity when flying with a rider. Sizes 4 can fly carrying a single rider unhindered, two riders is hindering (1/2 dexterity). Size 5 can fly carrying up to two riders unhindered, three riders is hindering (1/2 dexterity). Size 6 can fly carrying up to four riders unhindered, five riders is hindering (1/2 dexterity).

INNATE MAGIC
Almost all Draconics have some sort of magic in their blood. They're born with a capacity for magic that humans will never truly know.
A Draconic's stats may include 'Innate Magic' which is a kind of magic they know from birth. They can use this magic regardless of what other magic they may know. It's 'free'!
Wait, magic? That's right! Draconics can use magic! They use magic just like other magical creatures, with a few changes.
Draconics have their intelligence x2 worth of MP to spend! (They may also learn that many MP worth of spells to use, like other magical creatures.)
Every Clan has a natural affinity toward a particular element. Draconics learn magic of their clan's Element at half the cost*, however, learning magic of the opposing element (see 'Casting Spells') costs twice as much. This is only for learning spells known, casting still costs the same. --(IE: If you learn a fire spell at 2 MP (half) then you still have to cast it at it's cost (4 MP). IF the spell has multiple elements, you only get a bonus or hinderance on the part of the MP cost of that element, not the total.) --(*This 'Half the Cost' for their clan's Element is rounded down, meaning if a spell has a cost of three of the draconic's element, the draconic could learn it at a cost of 1 of that element.)
Flame Crest = Fire Magic Thalassa = Water Magic Gaia's Guardians = Earth Magic Clarity = Air Magic Steel = Can learn all Elements of Magic Equally Umbral Will = Dark Magic Sacred Hope = Light Magic Veil = Order Magic Tainter = Chaos Magic Frost = Water and Order Magic** Thunderhead = Air and Chaos Magic**
**Those clans with two elemental types have two advantages, and two weaknesses. (IE: Frost clans have chaos and fire magic costing twice as much.)
