[Buzz: Stay - 5]
Shoving her hat back a little on her head, she looked down at the Houluh again, "Stay, Buzz." She walked off and looked over her shoulder, but the little puppy just plopped down where he was and rested his head on his forepaws. Grinning, she came back over and rubbed his head a little, pleased with how he was learning so far. The next would be tough, but it usually was and somehow she got through it most of the time at least. As she moved her head from side to side in order to pop her neck, she hoped that she would find some fish soon as well, as this was getting a little difficult to get through without some kind of tangible reward. That was the problem with fishing though, you never knew if you were going to get something until you actually got it, she supposed with a chuckle.

[Buzz: No - 1]
Training was going well for now, even though it was pretty cold outside, but that was fine, she knew they would be able to get through it no matter what. As she checked on her line, Buzz, seemingly impatient, jumped on her and tried to get to the treat pouch on her hip. "No Buzz!" she said firmly, pushing him back to the ground gently, but with purpose. Buzz whined a little and sulked for a moment before he managed to get a little treat from her for doing well. This training was always hard for her, but it was necessary when all was said and done, she supposed. All she could do was hope that everything was going to work out in the end, but it was hard for her to understand that for now. Chewing on her lip a little, the woman hoped she wasn't going to regret this training, though that would be impossible.

[Buzz: No - 2]
This would be fine, it would be good for him to learn what no meant after all, most of her other Houluh knew as well, officially, but sometimes it was hard for her to do it. Sighing a little, the woman shook her head and then looked at him as he stalked toward the treat bag again. "No, Buzz!" she snapped, pushing him down again when he went for the pouch. It wasn't like she wasn't being gentle, but she had to be firm as well, which is where a lot of people had some issues with training sometimes. It was hard to tell sometimes what was abuse and what was just being firm, but she felt like it was easy to see. Frowning a little, she patted him on the head as he pouted a little and fed him a small portion of a treat just to reinforce what she was trying to train him this time.

[Buzz: No - 3]
Jack knew that things needed to work out for them after awhile, but she wished she didn't need to train this to her animals, that they knew it already, but... that was alright anyway she supposed. Sighing, she pushed Buzz down again, he was pretty adamant about getting to the treats right now, the previous training had given him a taste of them so far, which was good and bag. As he sat there and sulked for a little bit, she gave him a small piece of treat and patted him on the head, this was the worst thing to train to a little puppy, they always looked so dejected and she hated for them to look like that. Her heart ached during this training, but it would be alright, she knew that things would work out in the long run for them both. If only she knew what she was in store for, that would make it easier.

[Buzz: No - 4]
Buzz was a strange little puppy, but he was pretty determined about things. As he munched on the treat, he eyed the treat pouch and wondered what he could possibly do to get more of them. She wasn't giving him too much of them, but it had clicked about what he was supposed to do when she said the word. That didn't mean he wasn't going to try for the pouch a few more times at this point though. Tilting his head, he pawed at the pouch as she sat down and she popped him lightly on the nose, "No Buzz!" Whining a little dramatically, he plopped down and pouted, though she patted him on the head for now, leaning back against the cold ground as she watched her lines. It looked like something was on it, but she would check it here in a little bit, she didn't want to stop mid training at this point.

[Buzz: No - 5]
While she was wondering if she should check her line, the puppy snuck forward one last time, one last bid to see if he could get a treat and then he would be done. Maybe. Jack frowned and looked at him, "No Buzz!" She reached down to tap him lightly on the nose, but he plopped down and whined a little before she could, giving up on the treats for now at least. The woman smiled a little and patted him on the head as she leaned back against a boulder that was by the river. It was cold, but that was fine, it made her stay awake for a little while, though they would probably take a bit of a break soon, it was pretty cold after all. She pushed her hat back for a moment before settling it back onto her head and sighing a little bit, she wasn't sure what she wanted out of this.

[Buzz: Sit - 1]
It was alright, things were going pretty smoothly so far, she knew. He had a lot left to learn though, this was just the very basics of what he needed, so it was going to take awhile before he was ready for his show. That was the part she wasn't all that sure about, really, but that was fine as well. Sighing, she looked down at him as he stood beside her for a moment, tail wagging. Had he gotten bigger? Jack shook her head, there was no way, but the animals around here were pretty weird, so it was highly possible. "Sit, Buzz," she told him, pressing lightly on his rump. He resisted for a bit but then sat down with a quizzical look before he got a treat. Oh, this meant he had done something right, though what it was, he wasn't sure just yet. Maybe he would figure it out soon though.

[Buzz: Sit - 2]
At least that was a start, she figured with a little smile. Jack stretched out and saw her breath in front of her, and all she could do was frown a little as she looked down at the pup. Buzz didn't seem to mind the cold, even though he wasn't a Blessed Houluh, just a common offspring, but that worked in her favor at the moment at least. "Sit, Buzz," she told him again, pressing lightly on his rump until he gave in and sat down. The pup got a little treat and munched on it thoughtfully, wondering what this new training was. He was starting to understand, this was a good way to get treats, doing whatever it was she was asking of him. Of course after a little while she didn't give him treats, but then they moved on to something else and then he started to get them again. He received a pat on the head as well, and the woman smiled.

[Buzz: Sit - 3]
While she wondered what she had caught, she wasn't going to look until she had finished this trick with the Houluh pup. Smiling, she held out a treat and told him again, "Sit, Buzz." The little Houluh looked at her for a moment and then gingerly sat down, gathering his paws below him with a tilt of his head. Jack grinned and tossed him the treat, he was doing well so far and she knew that he would do wonderful with the rest of the list. Houluh picked up on things pretty quickly it would seem, and she hoped that meant they would be doing his show rather soon, it seemed they had been working together for quite some time already, though she wasn't sure what to expect from him, which was fine. Jack pushed her hat back a little and looked at the sky, it looked like snow, and Buzz was pretty lightly colored except for his face. Maybe they should head home.

[Buzz: Sit - 4]
Sure, they should probably head home, but she knew that was just wishful thinking, she didn't want to stop until Buzz was fully trained, and that was the issue, they had a lot of work left to do. Frowning a little, she kept an eye on the sky for a little bit and then shook her head, it didn't matter, they would get things done and then head out after awhile. Jack shook her head and showed the pup another treat, "Sit." She smiled a little as he carefully sat down, even though the ground was pretty cold, and then stared up at her. He was doing great, but just once more and then they could be done. Tossing him the treat, she yawned a little and shook her head, now wasn't the time to be getting tired, and she wondered if things were going to work out for them in the long run after all.

[Buzz: Sit - 5]
Things would start looking up for her sooner or later she knew. Jack smiled a little and sighed, staring up at the sky as Buzz sniffed around for a little bit. Everything would get better soon, they had to, and she knew what would, hopefully, make it much better. Shaking her head, she looked over at the pup and told him again, "Sit, Buzz." The little pup sat down and looked at her expectantly, though she just shook her head at him, "Nope, not this time buddy, you know that." He pouted a little and barked, but he continued to sit there for a little while until she let him up again. It was all alright, she knew, and she finally went over to see what she had caught. There was a strange looking red thing there, she felt she had found one before but wasn't positive on that, it looked like... blood?

[Buzz: Lay Down - 1]
Well whatever, blood would be blood she supposed as she tossed it into the bucket of water she had brought with her. Heaving a little sigh, the woman kicked at the ground a little with a frown on her face. She glanced over at Buzz and sighed again, this was frustrating sometimes, but it was worth it, so there was that. After plucking her hat off of her head, she pushed her hair back and then plopped her hat back on before heading back over to Buzz, "Lay down." He was already sitting, and she held a treat under him so he would lay down, but all he did was move his head down a little, but at least when that didn't work he laid down and pawed at her hand until she gave up the treat. The woman smiled a little and rubbed his head, ready to move on to a better, brighter future. There had to be something better.

[Buzz: Lay Down - 2]
Jack had him sit again and sighed once more, looking at the sky and the snow starting to fall. At least it would make the river look pretty, she supposed, not that it was much of a comforting thought. She bundled herself up a little better and shook her head, it didn't matter. "Lay down," she said again with a little smile, holding the treat down on the ground until Buzz laid down and pawed at her hand. Jack smiled and let him have it, ruffling the fur on his head with a genuinely happy look on her face. At least this gave her something to do, even if it was tedious sometimes. There had to be a better way, but she didn't know what it was at this point. Oh well, she supposed with a chuckle, at least this gave her something to do in these cold winter months, though she could have done this more often she figured.

[Buzz: Lay Down - 3]
There was a brief wish that training was easier, that it didn't take as long, but she knew animals learned at different rates and she had to be patient. Smiling, she nodded and started again, "Lay down, Buzz." She held the treat down and immediately he was laying down again, tapping at her hand with his paw. At least he was food motivated, she didn't know what might happen if he hadn't been. Of course most of her Houluh were, which made it quite a bit easier at this point, she figured with a slight chuckle. The woman shook her head a little with a sigh, that still didn't mean she didn't want this changed up a bit, but whatever happened would happen, she supposed with a little smile on her face. Well, at least she still had quite the list to train at the moment, they weren't even halfway done with this just yet.
