Setting
The building is rather large. It's not much to look at, as most of the money that was put into it, was put toward buying the best equipment and supplies money could buy. The door is located on a smaller adjacent building, which is where you ought to sign in. Alexis is who you should speak to, if you're lost or need help with something in particular.
Once you're past the sign in desk, you walk through large hallway. If your pet is too big to fit, there is a path outside you may follow around to the back of the building, where the big garage doors can open into the strength and resistance areas. It is preferred that big creatures train dexterity and stamina outside. There are obstacle courses and swimming pools and tracks set up for training these things.
If needed, there is plenty of first aid ready and available. Just contact Alexis, and she'll help you right away. Of course, the gym staff hopes you won't have any injuries - just use your imagination and have fun!
Stamina Training
Outside, there is a huge swimming pool big enough for Pliathor to do laps with wave control. This may be tough for a smaller creature just learning to swim, so caution is advised. There is also a mile-long track for running, which is a nice length for training Equillion or Vulticus, but you might want to do one hundred yard sprints with smaller creatures. Finally, there is a wide space for flying - open grassy land with soft soil for rough landings, raised hills for take off, etc.
Strength Training
Inside the strength room is all sorts of lifting/dragging/carrying/punching/kicking/etc equipment, anything you can imagine. Weight bags are generally the most common form of pet-training here, as they're easiest to use.
Off to the side is a door that leads to a fresh water pool, with salt water tablets available. There's an assortment of weights to add to your creature while it swims around - the same as on land, actually, which are water proof.
Resistance Training
In the resistance section, there is a climate control room and a swimming section with a makeshift waterfall in a second room. The rooms are filled with any and every item that you could dream of to help increase a pet's resistance. Making a creature tougher is difficult, but it is relatively straightforward at least.
Dexterity Training
Indoors: This is a large room with a relatively flat wooden floor, and a pool at the far end. Creatures come here to learn how to move gracefully, to dodge enemies. There are places in the floor for poles to be inserted. The pool has hoops set up under the surface, which are movable. The water is fresh, but there are some salt-water tablets available as well. There is a side room with a contraption much like a batting cage - only the soft balls get thrown at random. It uses unpredictability to keep a creature on its toes.
Outside: There is a large oval swimming pool for the bigger creatures with the same hoops set up. The tank is submerged, so you don't really know how deep it is until you're at the bottom. There is also a fenced in dirt area set up for larger animals to weave through poles or jump over them, teaching them the fluid grace needed for battle.
Mentality Training
The mentality area is primarily split into two sections. The first area is a large obstacle course with a ton of puzzles and automated traps to figure out. Following that, there is an area with a frisbee throwing machine and many targets set up for fireball practice. Unsurprisingly, this is one of the most dangerous areas of the gym, and everyone here is urged to wear proper safety gear.
