Shabh is an exploratory pup. Flare bought him from a breeder, as his first carnivore and a companion that can protect him in the future. Adult death rakai spook him somewhat with their eerie voices and pale eyes. He has only interacted with only one other young pup; Siri's rakai Poppy from the November quest.
Flare has no idea on how to keep him close, so Shabh wears a rudimentary harness leash that never comes off, far as anyone has read.
